How to respond to the following DQ answer

Starbucks is an international servant leadership organization that implements servant leadership principles into their organization across the world. The dedication that the company has to serve its employees and communities that it operates in only varies slightly in terms of how they serve based on where they are at. Asian culture for instance would be different from western cultures in terms of how the company teaches and judges performance as the standards are simply different in other cultures than from the United States. This can be seen in the way they talk about needing to improve as well as ways that they teach in general. Further than that, there are more hurdles to climb for the company to maintain their servant leadership principles to the community as there is a higher importance of standing out with such a massive population but also how they are able to support those places. Donating things such as coffee grounds as fertilizer is something that Starbucks has begun doing and capitalizing on the need to be green and repurpose as much as possible while still being able to offer an expanded menu supporting the cultural foods that are custom to the area. There are similarities though in terms of still ensuring that the team is acting as a team, empowered to serve themselves, and offering them the same sort of financial and life incentives as any other store (Starbucks, 2021).
