How to respond to the following in 150 words. Please do not repeat what is shown below

Communication is deliberate and interactive. When a change effort is taking place in an organization, communication plays a crucial role in aligning success because it nurtures the vision and keep employees engaged and motivated through thoughtful regular informational updates. In the absence of effective and frequent communication, employees will lose trust in the process and once these feeling compounds within teams and departments, the domino effective of the environment spreads and reactive work may be necessary. "Good communication during change fosters understanding, aligns the organization from top to bottom and guides and motivates employees. We found that the organizations that are good at change management are the ones who do a good job in communicating the rationale for change" (Merrell, 2012).

My example of communication being ineffective was during organizational wide systems change that my company rolled out several years ago. It is in the insurance industry, and the changes that aligned with the systems also had a dotted line to approval from the department of insurance in each state. The first two states were Colorado and Utah. The team training the field on the systems was privy to information that they shared with the field. The downfall was that this information was changing several times a day and both trainers and learners lost faith in the process. As a result, trainers began to feel overwhelmed and under prepared to deliver material. We had a shortage of trainers while many worked to upskill themselves to be confident and competent to deliver material. The learners, agents selling the products, lost confidence in the company and what they felt were abrupt system changes. Many retired or went to work for another company. Current insurers experienced customer service concerns and new business halted in those states for weeks. Stakeholders at all levels were impacted. After those two states failed to rollout as planned, the organization waited almost two years to proceed with the change process. They learned from their failures and discovered communication was at the center of all the moving parts. We jumped back in full swing once we revised our communication process and limited rollouts to one state at a time to better keep communication top of mind for success.
