how to respond to this post. I am completing a bachelor's in business administration. For this degree I still need to complete two writing courses, marketing principles, human resource management, organizational leadership, business ethics, a science lab, an elective of my choosing, and the capstone course. Out of these courses the skill I would say I need to develop the most and will always be developing is leadership. I say this because leadership styles are always changing and evolving. In society, new generations have different needs and beliefs. Thus, as the people change, leaders must continue to develop new styles to be able to lead new groups effectively. I am very much looking forward to organizational leadership, because I work in a large organization and am excited to compare what I learn in that class to the things I see in the organization. If I could change one thing about my curriculum in would be Biology 103. This is because I have no interest in taking a science lab.
