Coincidentally, Consumer Cellular was rated 1.5 stars out of 5 when they didn't want to pay an "accreditation" fee. They can also claim cybersquatting due to the fact that they used the word "Consumer" so it would pop up when you search Consumer Cellular, therefore using part of their name to gain more foot traffic.
To counter those claims, Consumer Affairs could say that they don't purposely put up negative reviews for companies who don't pay a fee and prove that the reviews on their website are made by actual people. They could also compare the companies to Jitterbug, who is the only carrier on the website that has positive reviews. They can also raise the fact that the word "Consumer" isn't trademarked and therefore wouldn't classify as cybersquatting."
