How to response this message:" After reading through the information provided, I do feel that there was a valid liquidation damages provision that was broken. In the contract that the parents signed there was a clear date that was posted and that the parents agreed upon when the parents would need to send notice by about withdrawing their child for the following year. After the date had passed it would be seen as the parents to the contract for another year. However even though the parents did breach the contract they had with the school; the school could have worked with the parents to lesson some of the damages incurred by the parents. In my opinion the parents should have only been responsible for the entire payment of the school year if the school could not find a suitable replacement. If the school was able to find a replacement the parents should then be responsible for paying a fee and the legal fees that came from the case."
