how to rewrite I could go on and on about how our team is cohesive and strong, but I will just say that we hit every one of the 5 strategies for building team cohesion. I think the most important and obvious strategy used is creating a psychologically safe environment. This is something that my trainer has worked so hard to create. I feel safe to show up as myself without fear of any negative consequences. We recently had a conversation about adding another member to the team. However, she had mentioned that what we have as a team currently is very special, and she would hate to onboard someone who does not share the same values and goals or someone who could disrupt the safe place she has worked so hard to create. We all sat down as a team to have a conversation about what it would look like to add to the team, what we feel we needed from that potential candidate, and any concerns. I was able to express myself and my thoughts in a safe environment
