How to tell the correlatuons between two explanatory variables. Say we need to know if there is corelationship between the cost of lease and the parking number. We run a multi regression of cost of lease, 1/square foot and parking/square foot. The multiple regression has computed as intercept: 15 (p value is less thab 0.05), 1/square foot: 1300(p value is less than 0.05), parking/square foot: 1750(p value is less than 0.05).
