How would this be solved step by step?

Cruise Bermuda managers know that some customers will be experience seasickness during the cruise. Sometimes, customers experience other kinds of illness. While seasickness is considered acceptable, managers want to minimize other illnesses (food-borne, etc.) of customers on board Cruise Bermuda ships. They code seasickness visits to the onboard health center as Code Green and other illness-related visits as Code Yellow visits. To help the managers get a feel for the likelihood (probability) of visits to the health center, you randomly survey 20 customers each day of a cruise to see if they have visited the health center or not.

If you find that 10% of the customers surveyed visited the health center one day, how likely is it (what is the probability) that the sample of 20 customers surveyed the next day will include at least 3 customers who have visited the health center? (use the binomial tables, and show your calculations in your Excel file)

How likely is it (what is the probability) that the sample of 20 customers surveyed the next day will include no more than one customer who has visited the health center?
