In a virtual world things a much different than reality because people and things can be altered to make life appear to be more physically advanced and intelligent. Digitally I believe the 3D world would be a positive impact because of the technical advances. People communication would be more sufficient. From a physical perspective I believe a virtual world will people would become distant and lack natural emotions, such as sympathy/empathy.

I think a 3D world would be good for providing information quick and efficiently, providing more details instead bits and pieces of a story over an period of days. However, in a 3D world with technology advancements we can have the full story of the news within moments. The 3D world will would make some things easier for humans but it can also create violent world because advanced technology means more advanced weapons. Fake news will be at it's all time high because a 3D world is a world of creativity and imagination which influence people to create their own fake reality.
