How would you answer the questions below for my discussion post? What examples and how would you explain them?

Law enforcement has employed some very controversial tactics, from the "Stop and Frisk" in New York, to ketamine injections for combative subjects. Locate two examples where the police have succeeded in developing better relationships with the communities they serve. With your examples answer and discuss the following:

1. Briefly summarize the your example. Explain what was occurring, and what the police and the community did to address the situation.
2. Besides the police and the community, what other resources were needed and why? How did the other resources assist?
3. While the police succeeded in the situation you choose, explain why you think the success in this situation is durable or not. Do you think a similar problem will arise again, why or why not?

Be sure to select policies from civilian law enforcement agencies only, and not the military or any other kind of organization or agency, such as fire departments or a school system.
