You are the director of a nonprofit human services agency. You recently attended a workshop on continuous improvement, and you are excited to apply this to your organization. You must first discuss this with the board of directors. To get yourself ready to speak with the board, you decide to study continuous improvement in greater detail. You are excited to apply continuous improvement methods to your client intake process. You feel it could identify the important parts of the intake process and save time for the client.
