How would you evaluate the steps senior leaders at Nike have taken to integrate corporate responsibility and sustainability into the business?

Nikes position (and in particular, the position of Nike founder Phil Knight) on sweatshop labor and how it has evolved over the years. Also Nikes positions on sponsoring (pregnant) female athletes. How do these scandals/incidents align with Nikes stated commitments on sustainability?
