how would you handle this situation?

You are answering the phones at the vet clinic. Mrs. Baldwin calls to ask how her dog "Smack" is doing. You tell Mrs. Baldwin that Smack is doing well, and has passed some formed feces. Mrs. Baldwin does not understand the terminology you used. She gets very angry and accuses you of deliberately talking down to her to make her feel inferior. Then she swears at you, calls you a name, and hangs up the phone. What do you do?
