The program is also a good tool to keep a wide range of previous database which can include customers contacts. This is one of the newer tools that companies are often using if they need to go back and see what the customer purchased, or the specific day and the amount that it could have cost all included. With inputting all of this information, a report can be made totalling things such as the average. 2. A business can use Access to monitor their finances. Data that will be stored in the tables will be that of projected budgets, expected budgets and actual end of day if they meet the budget or not; will there be savings or go over. Payroll can also be found in the data stored. Other data that can be found is that of products are selling the most and if they have anything on back order. Queries that personnel would run would be what is the best selling product or what can they do to increase the sales of their other products
