How would you reply ? I think that the cause of racial inequalities comes from how people of races are discriminated against in many different aspects. I see this also happening with education and even in regular traffic stops. The BLM movement had a lot to do with how they were treated differently than white people. There are also policies that are discriminating against people of races. We see this a lot in housing laws for example. Another example of why there is racial inequality can be found in the crime rates, compared to the incarcerated rates. Individuals of race have a much higher rate of being incarcerated compared to white individuals. Whereas, the crime rates of white individuals are much higher than black individuals. Some effects that we have had from this have caused the nation to retrain their police officers and train them differently due to the many issues that came about. This can help with the use of unnecessary force and the incarceration rates as well. We have also had a lot of individuals that will offer people of race jobs now. Some jobs even have postings looking for only people of race. This has also been starting to help with the discrimination that is happening in the nation. When it comes to education, schools are not being offered the started level education that is needed for the student of race. Those schools are mainly defunded because of the fact it is people of race that attend them. Along with colleges, individuals of race have a harder time getting into colleges than white individuals. This has been a growing issue worldwide. The BLM protesting was mainly asking for change and less force being allowed with officers. This is why we have made justification for some of these issues.
