How would you reply to this post?

For starter's if I were running Apple, I would have demanded in the alliance terms that if there were any sort of network issues, that AT&T were to fix them as soon as possible. My reasoning for that is because as a company making a cellphone to try a put a foot down in the cellphone world doorstep, I want people to be able to use my phone to the best of its abilities. If customers are unable to gain the full experience of the Iphone due to poor network services, then they may switch to another phone company which result in Apple losing out on business due to the restrict of being exclusive to only AT&T. If I was running AT&T, I would have wanted to see what the phone was prior to signing the alliance terms. AT&T was not allowed to see the Iphone until after the deal was signed with Apple (Majithia, 2015). I would not want to risk partnering with a company on a product that I know nothing about. While Apple is quite successful, knowing the product that is going to be involved in the deal is important because if I don't think it will be a hit, then I'm not only wasting time, but I am also wasting money on the deal.
