How would you resolve the following disagreement$/$debate that appeared on Facebook? We have already covered the techniques necessary to resolve it satisfactorily.

Apparently during one of the football games over the weekend an announcer said that a punt was a poor one because there was a poor follow$-$through on the kick. Someone on Facebook then posted $($I am just using the writer$$s first names$)$:

That was not a bad punt because he "didn't follow through." It might have been a bad punt because he did not kick it properly due to fear of being blocked or hit, but follow through is not important.
