How would you respond ?

1. Microsoft word has many different features such as spell check, alignment tools, different font variety, ability to add images of sorts, bold underlining, add headings, and so many more features. I feel like the tool that I utilize the most is the spell check since most of the time I am submitting documents for schoolwork. Other tools that I often use have to do with formatting for essays. These include the alignment and word count as well as the font size to better keep track of my words.

2. There are many tools that can be considered when creating a professionally formatted document in Microsoft Word but one that can make a big difference would be the formatting tool as well as spelling and grammar check.

Without proper spelling and grammar, your document can have a disorganized flow and be difficult to read and follow along.

The grammar and spell check even auto-corrects as you type long and is simple to use and understand.
