. Brandi Bennett @ Thread:; Week 2 Discussion 16 hours ago Week 2 Discussion COLLAPSE Hello, The case I chose was number two. If I was an employee at a busy hospital and I overheard two of my coworkers in a public cafeteria discussing confidential patient information, I would immediately approach them. I would tell them that patient information should not be discussed outside of patient care and that is a violation of their privacy. There are other employees and families around and that could be their family. That is not only a violation of their privacy, that is also unprofessional and that 1s not what our organization represents. I do not think I would report the violation at that moment, but I would tell them that I would report it if [ heard them talking about it again. That would hopefully give them a chance to think about what they have done, and prevent it from happening again
