How would you respond to this discussion

Personally I think security of an information system is by far the most important requirement. Specifically, the ability to protect data as its being transmitted and stored is extremely important. MTC has a very clear vision on what they would like to see in their hiring system. They want their hiring system to store personal data, schedule interviews and automatically add them to calendars, and easily share information between recruiters and human resources. These are all great goals for the system and would create a great hiring system but they require the pinnacle of security to ensure information is not getting into the wrong hands. Without proper security incorporated into an information system, the system becomes grossly ineffective.
