how would you respond to this discussion post? Twins look alike but after no two people are alike. We all prepare to engage with different styles of communication, perspectives, quirks, and nuances. Therefore, when individuals are tasked with working as a group/team certain basics become critical and necessary. Challenges can be softened by respecting differences, asking for clarification to disengage assumptions, listening to understand and not to practice defense, identifying roles and responsibilities, wanting to be a good team member, providing constructive feedback, and focusing on the goal at hand. Interdisciplinary and multifunctional teams can be fun. No one person or group/team knows it all. Blind spots and biases exist. Engaging with others helps to reduce obstacles. Disagreements do not always have to be counterproductive or negative. In fact, disagreements can spark creative solutions to problems and allow you to see/ understand from a perspective not typically considered
