Jolost Ltd is a company that offers recreational tours in Norther Ontario. The tours are organized in groups of a minimum of 10participants that are instructed to gather at a designated area on as pecific date and time, before the tour starts. At the beginning of the tour, the tour guide informs the customers of a slight delay in the program, due to a small mechanical problem to one of the company jeeps used for the tour. One of the participants, Joseph, overhears and offers to help resolve the issue, claiming he is a professional mechanic. After successfully resolving the problem, however, Jospeh hits his head when climbing out from under the car. As a result of the accident, Joseph needs to be taken to the hospital, where doctors diagnose a concussion and apply several stitches to his wound.
