Please go to Westlaw and retrieve one of the cases cited in the What Constitutes the Unauthorized Practice of Law by Paralegal article. The cases cited in the article are located on page 3 of the article. See "Table of Cases, Law, and Rules" on page 3. Do one page summary (if submitting a document in .doc or .docx format, one page , x2 spaced, and in fourteen-point font) or about a four hundred and fifty word summary of the case. Please cite to any work used in your summary. You may use Westlaw's "Copy with Reference" tool for citations. You may use Bluebook citations, but it is optional.
