Several boil-water advisories in effect across province. Food hoarding, food scarcity, essential good price hikes are on-going. Some private businesses such as grocery stores have introduced purchasing limits to reduce hoarding. Several oil and natural gas pipelines were negatively impacted by flooding, gradually coming back onto service. Emergency Management BC has implemented gas rationing to 30L/person, effective until December 1st. Gas prices have spiked as a result of service disruption.
