In the above question and solved answer on Coursehero I am trying to determine where the amount of $30,000 for leasehold improvements came from and why the amount of $30,000 for the patent rights was not included in the calculation. Was this just a mistake? Should it be $30,000 for patent rights with a CCA of 25% and not leasehold improvements with a CCA of 4%?
