Based on this lease,

2. Who is the offeror?

3. Who is the offeree?

4. Was an agreement achieved (i.e., did a meeting of the minds exist?) If so, how do we know?

5. Did each side receive consideration in the deal? If so, what was the consideration each side was getting, very generally (length of occupancy is fine, but no dollar amounts)?
