Last month Hometown Hospital prescribed patients with strep throat the antibiotic Amoxicillin diluted in shot form. All patients reported no allergies to penicillin before being prescribed the medicine, but some patients reported complications, so the hospital has decided to pull and review a random set of patients.

Each patient received the same medication:

Amoxicillin (15mg/kg per dose supplied in a concentration of 12.5 mL / 1000 mg to be given in three times per day, not to exceed 75 mL in a 24 hour period.)

As an outside evaluator, your job is to determine if this data is correct and report your findings. This information will be used during an inquiry of hospital personnel. This is to investigate the possible liability of the hospital and/or the drug manufacturer.
