The costs to hire new employees has increased by 50% due to broader job searches, interviews, travel costs etc. You are to research the topics of employee satisfaction in work and employee turnover and conduct a statistical analysis of the situation. Please prepare an executive summary of your analysis and submit it to the director of human resource and the chief executive officer. Once you have researched the topic, please use the research to build a recommendation strategy that will reverse this trend and lower the turnover rate to below 5%. You can assume that your recommendations worked and that a recent statistical analysis indicated, that currently, there are 500 employees and only 12 have left the company over the past six months for employment at other firms.
