Human resources play an important role in the success of any organization. But human resources play a crucial role especially in the hospitality industry because hospitality is service oriented. Increasingly, employers in the hospitality sector are recognizing the importance of HR. The most important part of HR is still people. Its main function is to hire correct people & to retain them in an appropriate manner. They are also essential to bridge the gap between the owners of the hotel and customers in general. If the right candidate is hired & retained, then he will attract more customers and retain the existing ones.
Sunrise hotels recently opened its business. The owner of Sunrise hotels is confused on whether he should create HR department or conduct hiring on his own. Hence, he has appointed your company to understand whether he needs HR department in his hotel.
