To boost morale, Sophia arranges for lunch once a month for all employees.After the first lunch, George asks Sophia if she can ensure that there are gluten free options as he is allergic to wheat. Sophia tells him to eat around the bread and walks away. The second lunch was no different than the first, and so George left without eating. As he was leaving, Sophia shouted from across the room he was being ungrateful and to suck it up. You were present for the lunches. You go to speak with your boss, Kerri, about the situation.

1. Explain to me how the issue with the employee or group of employees is a human rights issue, including identifying which protected ground applies and whose human rights is allegedly being violated
