The assignment may be completed in a medium of your choice: paper, video, presentation, etc.

For instance, let's say you choose human rights as your topic and a video for your format. Talk to the camera, tell us why you think your topic is relevant. Then, through your narration, clips, imagery whatever material you feel is most interesting and compelling show us what you mean. You might even script a scene, cast actors, present your ideas in the form of a short film, or graphic novel, or perhaps a combination of different media.

Or lets say you choose climate change. Perhaps in a research paper or short documentary, you might try to answer the question: Do you think climate change in the 21^st century could alter the nature of the communities we live in?

Whatever topic you choose, and however you choose to express it, whats essential is that you care enough about it to bring thoughtfulness, insight, and creativity to your presentation.
