Hypo 4

1. Fill in the blanks below:

Ben recently bought a tract of land called Blackacre to be close to his best friend and new neighbor, Gwendolyn, who owns Greenacre. As it happens, Ben has a few problems with Blackacre. First of all, he can't access it without driving across a private road owned by Gwendolyn, because Blackacre is entirely cut off from the main road by Greenacre. What he really needs is a/an ___________ which would not be revocable by Gwendolyn and which would "run with the land", so if Ben ever sold Blackacre, the new owner wouldn't have the same issue.

Also, Blackacre is mostly made up of steep hillsides leaving almost no place for Ben to build a pond. Ben does love to fish, now. Greenacre already has a nice fishing pond right there by the road. Sure would be nice if Gwendolyn would grant him a/an _________of her pond since it doesn't look like Ben will be able to build one of his own.

And when Ben scouted out the spot where he wanted to put his house, he noticed Gwendolyn had started building a hog pen right in the middle of what would otherwise have been a glorious view. If Ben wants his bacon in his kitchen, and not in his front yard, he needs Gwendolyn to grant him a/an __________, effectively an agreement that she won't build her hog farm there.
