APPLE is considering the launch of a virtual platform to conduct meetings and conferences.

With regards to this new product/serivce, you are required to do both of the following:

I. Define your target market. Explain the characteristics of this target market in detail.

Make sure you give a complete description of your target market: Demographics, Geography, Psychographics (also, their miracles and miseries). Watch the videos in the folder Marketing Mix - Target Market before you attempt this question.

II. Conduct a SWOT analysis. Each quadrant of the SWOT must have atleast 4 RELEVANT points. (So totally, you should have 16 points - Strengths -4, Weaknesses 4, Opportunity 4 and Threats 4). Make sure you explain your points. (ALSO, remember this is not a SWOT analysis for APPLE corporoation as a whole, it is a SWOT analysis for APPLE's strategy to launch this virtual platform.)
