I agree that respect, willingness to learn, and contribution/sharing expertise are important aspects within a group. As a team member your willingness to learn from other members within the group will determine the outcome of the project. When working in groups, difference of opinions will arise because it is a combination of different ideas but mutual respect, willingness to learn, and sharing expertise can alleviate these issues. Another point to add is adaptability, that is also a great skill to have individually or within a group because various situations can surface but being able to adjust to situational circumstances can help the group to be able to find solutions and move forward
