I agree with you and I sense most of your peers will as well. If that is the case, what are you doing or going to do to help those who work in your organization to realize what you have? In particular, if your organization is helping you with tuition assistance, how can you help them gain an even better return on their investment? Maybe you can, if you have not, use your PowerPoint you created on the topic and share it in a training session. It's great to have education but even better to use it to help others
