I agree with you that more money should be invested into education and training, and that policy makers should be more aware of exactly what type of skills the labor market is looking for, what jobs are being flooded and what jobs are not when offering training and education. I earned my associates degree through unemployment training, but when I graduated and went to look for a job in my new field of study, the market was so flooded with cardio vascular ultrasound techs, that I could not find a job in my area, I wound up applying for civil service jobs and finally got a position as a secretary in a local college
