I am a bit confused about what my professor is asking us to do on this question: last week we looked at a spread sheet and did something with a Gino coefficient with data for Decatur GA 5 year estimates table s1901 I will attract the zip file of the data for Detroit for the table s1901. When he says create a table does he just want me to recreate the data from the census data in excel or word? I would appreciate help on this. The table can be found here https://data.census.gov/table?q=S1901:%20Income%20in%20the%20Past%2012%20Months%20(in%202022%20Inflation-Adjusted%20Dollars)&g=160XX00US2622000

image text in transcribed 2. Recall the excel spreadsheet we looked at wrt calculating a Gini coefficient for Decatur, GA. We stopped as far as Colum G 1n the spreadsheet. (But bear in mind that some of the columns to the left of Colum G are extraneous because they include columns of me cleaning up data downloaded from Excel, in particular converting cells formatted in percentages into cells formatted as numbers. Depending on your version of Excel, settings in Excel, web browser you are using, etc. You may or may not have these problems.) Let's recreate up to the equivalent of Column G in the spreadsheet for Detroit using 5-year estimates from Table S1901 in the ACS for the year 2022. You will create a table with the following column headings: Income categories as provided by ACS, percent of households within each income category, cumulative percent of households, average income in each income category, total income in each income category. (I am not requiring that you use these exact headings 1n your table; my headings are a bit long because I am attempting to be clear; you can find ways to shorten the headings). Export your table to a Word document and complete your final formatting in Word, for example, centering and placing your title at the top of the table (and preferably not as a row in your table). Upload only a Word or pdf document. 15 points. Since this 1s your first time doing a professional graph for me, [ will grade a bit lightly on presentation, but future requirements for graphs and tables will be graded more strictly
