Briefly summarise how, at this stage in the module, I now see the focus of your CMDA project. Then explain how my understanding of at least one significant aspect of this improvement initiative has developed since you submitted TMA 01, drawing on at least one concept or model from the programme as well as evidence that I have gathered as I have engaged in scoping conversations during Block 2.

In the light of my answer to element (a), set out and explain my CMDA project plan, including the actions I now know I can take, the areas where further investigation is needed, the methods or approaches I will use to investigate, take action and evaluate progress, including relevant indicators, the areas of theory I am likely to draw upon, and the way I will take up your role in relation to the key stakeholders. I should include my project plan as an appendix, comprising:

• a work breakdown structure as a Gantt chart, including at least one interim project review point as well as a closing review
• a resource plan
• a risk log or record
• a plan for engaging stakeholders
