3. [Chapter 5] How do you manage stress? Please share your stress management strategies with your classmates.
4. [Chapter 6] Which of the outcomes from the textbook will give you more motivation? Are you more attracted to extrinsic outcomes or intrinsic outcomes?
5. [Chapter 6] Please think of any outcomes that you get from your current (or previous) workplace. Did you feel that you are equitably treated according to equity theory? How do you respond when you experience overreward or underreward?
