1. I am an advisor of a client who wants to invest in REIT. What advice would I give to my client regarding investing in REITs? If my client has, say, $10 million, how much, if at all, should my client invest in REITS, as a proportion of his real estate portfolio, or as a proportion of his entire portfolio of financial investments (including stock market, etc)?
