I am categorically opposed to the actions of the HR professional in this instance. Although it is comprehensible that they may have aimed to safeguard the company's interests, their actions seem to have failed to consider the fundamental rights of employees to participate in protected concerted activities. HR professionals should prioritize the preservation of employee rights, equitable labor practices, and conformance with labor laws. Proactive measures should be implemented to cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment that upholds and safeguards employee rights, and any efforts to suppress or discourage lawful union activities should be condemned
