I am creating a PivotTable for a multi-step project and I notice that my PivotTable does not look like it is supposed to. Here is a picture of what my PivotTable looks like:

And here is what my Pivot Table is supposed to look like:

So how do I fix this error in my PivotTable? How do I consolidate the duplicate row labels and consolidate the sum or transactions to equal the totals for each row labels?
