I am currently completing a master budget for uni, my question is do i round up/down. for eg.

Total fixed expenses-$9,049.52 =$9,050

also if this is the case do i always round up and never down or do i round to the nearest decimal points whether its up or down for example $69.211= $69.21 is rounding down

im not sure what the rules are with a master budget with rounding of numbers
