I am currently working on a management project I am asked to d o a presentation on a company of my choice to which I have access to assess some management concepts. I chose Nestle and I read about their strategy on their site but I am asked to assess to what level is Nestle implementing strategic management concepts/guidelines. What questions can one ask employees t o tell if top management is communicating vision, mission and strategy and do they understand it?
