I am currently working with the PACU manager to redesign her department to optimize the space for better her workflow for her patients and staff. She is more of charismatic leaders. I have seen in the recent months working with her and having to work within her department that she inspires and motivates her team with her charm and personality. She is very energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate. I see manager is constantly inspiring myself and others in her department with her vision and passion for patient care and the change of flow within her department.
