Topic (I want to do sth related to Taiwan's increasing house price index, or the associated reasons that trigger it):

- Evaluating the relationship between Taiwan's house price index with geographical features.

Will this topic be suitable? If yes, what are some possible directions i can evaluate in? If not, are there some suggestions for any economic topic in Taiwan?
