I am deployed overseas and am having problems installing both Oracle VirtualBox and VMware Player 17 on a windows 10 government computer. After I downloaded both operating systems I keep getting error messages so can I please get help on the following task?

Configurationing Windows 10: take screenshots of each of the following activities (more than one screenshot may be needed to demonstrate some of the commands), Include a screenshot for each step in the proof-of-concept task.

1. Change the name of the computer to Mkendrick-PC then take a screenshot.
2. Change the desktop theme and take a screenshot. Include the current date and time in the taskbar.
3. Use PowerShell to make a local user account called Mkendrick and take a screenshot.
4. Use PowerShell to make a local group account called Tetraaccountingand take a screenshot
5. Use PowerShell to add the user created in Step 3 to the Tetra Shillings Accounting local group. take a screenshot.
6. Use Local Group Policy to make a password policy. The policy should be based on best practices. take a screenshot.
7. Make a folder called Tetra on the root of the C Drive. Assign the Tetra Shillings Accounting access to the folder. take a screenshot.
8. Using the Tetra folder that was created in step 7, show that the members in the Tetra Shillings Accounting group have read/write permissions to the folder over the network.take a screenshot.
9. Configure Windows Firewall to block inbound ICMPv4. This may require research. and take a screenshot.
