I am doing a paper on analyzing my own business which will be a Gym.

-Should I organize the business as a sole proprietorship or a corporation? What would be advantages or disadvantages of that route?

-How could my business be started up or formed? What steps must I take to ensure proper formation (creation)?

-What would be my own personal liability for any debts incurred by the business. Would my personal assets be safe from creditors? Do I have any options for protecting your personal assets?
