Unbeknownst to you, the second paragraph in the letter indicated that Cedar Lake Community Center, LLC was approved for $500,000 in a federal grant to develop a pilot program to assist with preventing homelessness through the implementation of a social services program. Though approved for the federal grant, the letter states that a final plan would need to be completed in six weeks that details specific plans for how Cedar Lake Community Center, LLC will spend this money towards addressing homelessness. Your leadership role involves being transparent and keeping all stakeholders abreast of the happenings within the organization.

You begin this process by educating your employees and developing a letter to the Board of Trustee - noting that the board's next meeting date is held one week before the final plan is due back to the federal government housing program."
