I am doing a three-way financial models & my balance sheet isn't balancing!

On my income statement there is two lines:

Sales of products to customers: 2,267,629.8

Revenue and other income items: 1,213,791.8

We were told to do the "Trade and other receivables" on the balance sheet to include both these lines in the one calculation. (Total: 799014.8)

But when it comes to the Cashflow Statement, it is split again in the operating activities to:

Net receipts from franchisees

Receipts from customers

How do I model the two cash receipts line for the Cashflow statement when the Balance Sheet Trade Receivables number has both of them together?!
